Dookan began with a simple idea: make a taste of home reachable for every Indian family living far from India. What started as a small dream in Šenov, grew only because people believed in it — our team, our customers, and the friends who cheered us on from day one.
This September, we're moving into a new home — bigger, brighter, built for what's next. But no building tells this story as well as the people who built it with us. So before we cut the ribbon, we simply wanted to say: thank you.

Jiří Langer
Mr. Jiří Langer and the team at Autodoprava Langer s.r.o. provided critical support that proved instrumental to Dookan’s survival during the first two waves of the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to the initial wave, Dookan relied predominantly on PPL for logistics; however, as the pandemic created significant capacity constraints, Mr. Langer’s team stepped in to provide a vital alternative for our orders in Prague, Brno, and Vienna.
For nearly two years, the team worked exceptionally long hours, traveling from Ostrava to manage and deliver over 70 orders every Sunday. Their dedication single-handedly resolved our logistics challenges and provided the essential support required during Dookan’s foundational years. We remain deeply grateful for their partnership and are honored that Mr. Langer has joined us to celebrate the opening of our new warehouse and office.
