Kari z plochých zelených fazolí (Valore)

Co budete potřebovat

  • 250 g plochých zelených fazolí
  • 2 cibule
  • 2 stroužky česneku
  • 1 palička zázvoru
  • 1 lžička kurkumy
  • 1 lžička kari koření
  • 1 lžička garam masala
  • Sůl a pepř podle chuti
  • 200 ml kokosového mléka
  • 1 lžíce oleje

Postup přípravy

  1. Fazole omyjte a nakrájejte na 2 cm kousky. Cibuli nakrájejte na kostičky. Česnek a zázvor nasekejte najemno.
  2. V hrnci rozehřejte olej a přidejte cibuli. Opékejte, dokud nezhnědne.
  3. Přidejte česnek, zázvor a kurkumu. Opékejte ještě minutu.
  4. Přidejte koření garam masala. Opékejte další minutu.
  5. Přidejte fazole, osolte a opepřete podle chuti. Promíchejte a vařte 5 minut.
  6. Přidejte kokosové mléko a vařte dalších 10 minut, dokud fazole nezměknou.
  7. Kari podávejte s rýží nebo chlebem.

Good Price and Value for the product . I will order once again . Website can be improved more ,it was difficult to login as the site was keep on saying no valid user name. I registered by choosing CZ currency which is not valid for EUR . Payment option with paypal can be extended.

Had a very good meal in Dookan restaurant today. Masala dosa, sambar idly, on request family dosa and the best vadai/vada. Dosa and vadai were so tasty and crispy. Friendly staff.👌😋🌟
