Suroviny

1 šálek pohy (polohrubé rýže)

2 polévkové lžíce rostlinného oleje

1 cibule, nakrájená nadrobno

2 rajčata, nakrájená nadrobno

2 zelené chilli papričky, nakrájené na tenké plátky

1 lžička garam masala

1 lžička kurkumy

1 lžička soli

1/2 šálku vody

1/4 šálku čerstvé koriandru, nasekané

Postup

V hrnci na středním plameni zahřejte olej. Přidejte cibuli a smažte, dokud nebude dozlatova.

Přidejte rajčata, chilli papričky, garam masala, kurkumu a sůl a smažte, dokud rajčata nebudou měkká.

Přidejte pohu a promíchejte.

Přidejte vodu a vařte, dokud poha nebude měkká.

Podávejte s čerstvým koriandrem.

Tipy

Můžete přidat další zeleninu, například mrkev, brokolici nebo papriku.

Můžete použít jakýkoli druh pohy, ale polohrubá rýže je nejběžnější.

Pokud chcete, můžete dochutit poha Upma limetkovou šťávou nebo jogurtem.

Good Price and Value for the product . I will order once again . Website can be improved more ,it was difficult to login as the site was keep on saying no valid user name. I registered by choosing CZ currency which is not valid for EUR . Payment option with paypal can be extended.

Had a very good meal in Dookan restaurant today. Masala dosa, sambar idly, on request family dosa and the best vadai/vada. Dosa and vadai were so tasty and crispy. Friendly staff.👌😋🌟
