Here is everything you should know about your order delivery:
Step 1: YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED
Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 1-2 working days.
You will receive a shipment confirmation via email from dookan@theremotelab.com, once it is completed.
Step 2: YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED
Your shipment will be done through PPL / GLS Logistics.
You will receive a live order-tracking link in the email.
You will also receive an email from PPL / GLS with PIN to manage your shipment online (change address/ contact details etc.).
Step 3: YOUR ORDER IS OUT FOR DELIVERY
Once the order is out for delivery, you will receive a SMS from the PPL / GLS with delivery time slot and driver details.
(Czechia Customers Only) For better coordination kindly, send the following SMS to the driver (on the provided contact number):
"Message to driver:
“Dobrý den, jsem doma, prosím zavolejte jak budete dole a já sejdu dolů. Prosím neodjíždějte hned a zavolejte jak budete dole.”
