Is there any membership fee once I am in the Dookan12Club?
No, there is no membership fee. But you have to make atleast one purchase in a calendar month using the code DOOKAN12CLUB. For example if you buy anytime in the month of June then you automatically remain Dookan12Club member for July as well.

What happens if I don't make a purchase in a calendar month?
If you do not make at least one purchase in a calendar month, then you will lose the membership of your Dookan12Club.

What happens if I make a purchase, but forgot to use the code DOOKAN12CLUB?
Even if you don't use the code DOOKAN12CLUB, our system will automatically enrol you for the next months membership.

How can one join the 'Dookan12Club'?
There are two ways of joining the Dookan12Club.
a. Non-members have a chance to join the club through a referral from an existing club member. You can ask a friend to refer you using this referral form.
OR
b. Dookan will periodically do membership drives to enrol non-members. Please keep an eye for such emails / SMSs.

Example of a Dookan12Club membership
  • Lakshmi joins Dookan12Club on 25th May using code JOIN12CLUB, which automatically enrols Lakshmi to Dookan12club.
  • Lakshmi makes another purchase on 20th June and uses the code DOOKAN12CLUB this means she will continue to remain in the club for the next calendar month.
  • Lakshmi continues be a member of the Dookan12Club by making a purchase every calendar month hence forth.
  • In the month of November 2023, she goes away on vacation and doesn't do a puchase in November. Lakshmi loses her Dookan12Club membership.
  • Once she is back from vacation in December 2023, Lakshmi reenrols into the club by getting referral from Swati who is already a Dookan12Club member.
