Aachi Masala is a traditional Chettinad Masala - very famous in South India for its unique cuisine.
Preparation: Fry 100g onion in 100g oil in a pressure cooker. Add 2 tomatoes, 50g plain yogurt (curd), 1/2 spoon lemon juice. 20g Aachi Briyani Masala, 300g mutton or chicken or 300g vegetables and fry for 1 minute. Add necessary water, 300g biryani rice, salt to taste, coriander/mint leaves and cook till whistle. After 15 minutes, tasty biryani is ready to serve.
Ingredients: Red Chilli Powder, Coriander, Cloves, Cinnamon, Salt, Cardamom, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Nutmeg, Star anise.
