Patra or Paatra is a popular Gujarati fritter recipe, consisting of crisped Colocasia leaves. also known as Arbi or Taro leaves. Leaves are folded in layers, stuffed with gram flour paste and spices and cut into the rolls. These rolls are shallowly fried to a crisp and served with Green Chutney.
Ingredients: Tender Patra Leaves, Gram Flour, Refined Vegetable Oil, Spices, Tamarind, Water, Salt, Citric Acid.
