Ingredients:

  • Chickoo (Sapota) - 3 medium-sized, ripe
  • Milk - 2 cups (chilled)
  • Sugar or honey - 2 to 3 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes - optional
  • A pinch of ground cardamom - optional for added flavor

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chickoos: Peel the chickoos and remove the seeds. Cut them into small chunks.
  2. Blend: In a blender, combine the chopped chickoo, milk, sugar or honey, and ice cubes (if using). Add a pinch of ground cardamom for a hint of spice if you like.
  3. Blend to Creaminess: Blend everything until smooth and creamy. If the shake is too thick, you can add a little more milk to adjust the consistency.
  4. Taste and Adjust: Give it a taste and add more sugar or honey if needed.
  5. Serve: Pour the milkshake into glasses. Optionally, you can garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom or a slice of chickoo on top.

Tips:

  • For the best flavour, use ripe chickoos as they are sweeter and more flavorful.
  • Chilling the milk beforehand makes the milkshake extra refreshing.
  • If you prefer a vegan version, you can substitute dairy milk with almond milk, soy milk, or any other plant-based milk.

Good Price and Value for the product . I will order once again . Website can be improved more ,it was difficult to login as the site was keep on saying no valid user name. I registered by choosing CZ currency which is not valid for EUR . Payment option with paypal can be extended.

Had a very good meal in Dookan restaurant today. Masala dosa, sambar idly, on request family dosa and the best vadai/vada. Dosa and vadai were so tasty and crispy. Friendly staff.👌😋🌟
