Arvi curry
Introduction

Ingredients:
- 1 pound arvi root, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water
- Cilantro leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds and cook for a few seconds, until fragrant.
- Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt and cook for another minute.
- Add the arvi root and water and stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the arvi root is tender.
- Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve hot.
Tips:
- For a richer flavour, you can add 1/2 cup of coconut milk to the curry.
- If you don't have garam masala, you can use a mixture of cumin, coriander, and cardamom.
- Arvi root can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Serving Suggestions:
Arvi curry can be served with rice, roti, or naan bread. It can also be served with a side of yoghurt or raita.

Good Price and Value for the product . I will order once again . Website can be improved more ,it was difficult to login as the site was keep on saying no valid user name. I registered by choosing CZ currency which is not valid for EUR . Payment option with paypal can be extended.
Had a very good meal in Dookan restaurant today. Masala dosa, sambar idly, on request family dosa and the best vadai/vada. Dosa and vadai were so tasty and crispy. Friendly staff.👌😋🌟
