Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar, to taste (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust the sweetness to your liking.
  3. Pour the lassi into glasses and serve immediately.

Tips:

  • For a thicker lassi, use less milk.
  • For a thinner lassi, use more milk.
  • You can also add other flavours to your lassi, such as cardamom powder, saffron, or rose water.
  • To make a mango lassi without sugar, use a ripe mango that is very sweet.

Good Price and Value for the product . I will order once again . Website can be improved more ,it was difficult to login as the site was keep on saying no valid user name. I registered by choosing CZ currency which is not valid for EUR . Payment option with paypal can be extended.

Had a very good meal in Dookan restaurant today. Masala dosa, sambar idly, on request family dosa and the best vadai/vada. Dosa and vadai were so tasty and crispy. Friendly staff.👌😋🌟
