Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour batter onto a greased baking sheet and spread evenly to form a 12-inch circle.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until crust is lightly browned and set.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  6. Top with your favourite pizza toppings and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Tips

  • For a richer flavour, use quinoa that has been soaked overnight.
  • Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the batter for a spicy kick.
  • Top with fresh herbs, such as basil or oregano, for an extra burst of flavour.

Additional Notes

This recipe makes one 12-inch pizza crust. You can double or triple the recipe to make more crusts.

Quinoa pizza crust can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

To reheat quinoa pizza crust, simply preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for 5-10 minutes, or until heated through.
