- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Pour batter onto a greased baking sheet and spread evenly to form a 12-inch circle.

- Top with your favourite pizza toppings and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Additional Notes
