Ingredients:

  • 1 stalk of sugarcane

  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • Sugar to taste (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the sugarcane thoroughly.
  2. Cut the sugarcane into small pieces.
  3. Place the sugarcane pieces in a blender or juicer.
  4. Add the water and lemon juice.
  5. Blend or juice until smooth.
  6. Strain the juice if desired.
  7. Add sugar to taste, if desired.
  8. Serve immediately.

Tips:

  • For a sweeter juice, use less water.
  • For a more tart juice, use more lemon juice.
  • You can also add other fruits and vegetables to the juice, such as pineapple, ginger, or mint.
  • If you don't have a blender or juicer, you can grate the sugarcane and then squeeze out the juice.

Had a very good meal in Dookan restaurant today. Masala dosa, sambar idly, on request family dosa and the best vadai/vada. Dosa and vadai were so tasty and crispy. Friendly staff.👌😋🌟
