Cluster Beans Masala

Ingredients:
- 1 pound cluster beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or kadhai over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and cook for another minute.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Cook for another minute, stirring constantly.
- Add the cluster beans and salt to taste. Stir to combine.
- Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until the cluster beans are tender.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
Tips:
- For a spicier dish, add more red chilli powder or chopped green chilli.
- To make the dish richer, add 1/2 cup of coconut milk or yoghurt.
- For a vegan version, omit the ghee and use vegetable oil instead.

Good Price and Value for the product . I will order once again . Website can be improved more ,it was difficult to login as the site was keep on saying no valid user name. I registered by choosing CZ currency which is not valid for EUR . Payment option with paypal can be extended.
Had a very good meal in Dookan restaurant today. Masala dosa, sambar idly, on request family dosa and the best vadai/vada. Dosa and vadai were so tasty and crispy. Friendly staff.👌😋🌟
