Green Chickpea Curry
Introduction

Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried green chickpeas, soaked overnight
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, divided
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons Thai green curry paste
- 1 (14-ounce) can full-fat coconut milk
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Drain and rinse the green chickpeas.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic, ginger, and green curry paste and cook for 30 seconds more, until fragrant.
- Add the drained chickpeas, coconut milk, diced tomatoes, and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the chickpeas are tender and the sauce has thickened.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
- Serve hot over rice or naan, garnished with chopped cilantro.

Good Price and Value for the product . I will order once again . Website can be improved more ,it was difficult to login as the site was keep on saying no valid user name. I registered by choosing CZ currency which is not valid for EUR . Payment option with paypal can be extended.
Had a very good meal in Dookan restaurant today. Masala dosa, sambar idly, on request family dosa and the best vadai/vada. Dosa and vadai were so tasty and crispy. Friendly staff.👌😋🌟
