Introduction

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dried green beans, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes and drained

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions:

  • If you don't have dried green beans, you can use fresh green beans. Just blanch them for 1-2 minutes in boiling water before stir-frying.
  • This dish is also delicious with other vegetables, such as carrots, bell peppers, and onions.
